The £4.25m Hereward Tower development on Broadway in Peterborough, comprises 24 two-bedroom and six one-bedroom apartments with three luxury penthouses on the top level.
This project won several construction awards and an International Safety Award from the British Safety Council in recognition of the commitment shown to safe working practices during the build.
Sparks Electrical designed and installed a complete electrical package to represent the impeccable standard and intelligent systems that a building of this calibre demands.
Automatic generator supplies, smoke ventilation systems, door entry, digital fire detection, lifts and CCTV systems were all seamlessly integrated into a building management system which was designed and installed by our team.
